Fishing Tips

Hey everyone, As you know we have been getting tough weather conditions lately and our spring has been cooler than normal thus causing the fishing to be sporadic to say the least. With water temps fluctuating up & down (58-64) fish have been in a "holding pattern" and are still trying to spawn. I suggest everyone slow their presentations down as slow as possible and work the weed edges to the docks. Customers are reporting numurous sightings of fish (Bass) patrolling these areas. Do not forget your polarized glasses!! I found out a long time ago you can have all the latest & greatest equipment in the world, but if you do not have a good pair of these glasses your missing alot of good "site fishing". I've landed some of largest Bass (4-7lbs. all CPR'd) on the lake by this method. Pitching plastics such as senko type of worms rigged in "wacky worm" style is my all time favorite presentation. I also work a "drop shot method as a back-up utilizing these worms as well. I'll have more info as we continue to develope this site and I'll be adding pictures of these and more types of presentations as we go. Brian
